All Work and No Play…

11 08 2012

For those of you who have so much to do and the same few 24 hours each day to do it, I’m sure you can relate to working  through your play time. What? You don’t have a scheduled play time? This isn’t justfor preschoolers, you know. College students need to get out of their textbooks and library research and have a little fun. Maybe a walk in the fresh air is enough to get you smiling,

Check out Kristen Lamb’s blog All Work and No Play is No Fun and No Good. You’ll find a smile or two and maybe you’ll be inspired to leave the laundry for another day. I sat outside in the perfect 75 degree sunshine reading a fiction book and took a 30 minute nap,, as well. How’s that sound for having a little fun?

It’s summer (for a few more weeks) so have some fun. Leave a comment about something fun you’ve done recently.

tkd is fun, hanging out with girlfriends, sitting in the sun, spending the day with my daughter, going out to dinner, every day we should take time for some fun or play activities, life is too short to work all of the time!

You’ve got a mountain of fun going on! You’re right that we should have fun every day. Now if I can keep that in mind when I go back to work in two weeks…
